After relocating to St. Maarten from Arizona several years ago, Jack and Linda Parker discovered that there were no bona fide American-type steakhouses on the island. Not wanting to endure such a situation, they opened their own -- and Peg Leg Pub and Steakhouse was born.

Peg Leg brings you great beef and great seafood in a welcoming Caribbean atmosphere:
